The photographs are of various places connected by the shadow of a palm; we perceive it, however, only when looked at in depth. The gallery presentation was combined with a spatial intervention by the exhibition guesting artist David Böhm. The title, and the play on color photographs, which are brought together by the motif of shadow, a sort of visual conceit on the principle of the multitude of light, i.e. the principle of seeing in black and white, is a homage to the great Czech artist Josef Sudek (1896-1976), who on the subject of colour photography said... „Perhaps if I began taking photographs in colour, then everything would turn around in my head and everything would be somewhere else by now. So I only see in a relation of light-shade and transitions in between...“
The exhibition was held in his former studio.
