Original highway bridge over Sedlicky stream near Borovsko (CR) was planned as a trans-European trunk road (built during 1939-42 and 1945-50, works foreman till 1948 was Ferdinand Culík, † 2005).
The bridge was never finished, in the 1950s was missing only several meters of the road. After flooding of the valley in the 1960s for the benefit of Zelivka reservoir, the bridge stands completely outside of the highway D1.
